The ITEF Saudi Arabia Roadshow brings the forum's GCC-wide reach into direct contact with Saudi Vision 2030's engineering talent pipeline — the largest single-country employer of Tamil engineers in the GCC.

Programme

1. 14:00 — Vision 2030 industrial corridor briefing. Senior representatives from NEOM, ROSHN, and the Public Investment Fund (PIF) portfolio outline the next ten years of engineering hiring across the Kingdom.
2. 15:00 — Career fair (parallel). Confirmed employers include Aramco subsidiaries, SEC, NEOM construction partners, and infrastructure giga-project delivery teams. CV drop-off and on-site interviews available.
3. 16:00 — Engineering leadership panel. Four senior Tamil engineers operating in Saudi at Director/VP level share what the transition from Grade C to executive looked like inside the Kingdom's ecosystem.
4. 17:30 — ITEF Saudi Chapter business meeting. Chapter updates, mentorship programme launches, member benefit refresh.
5. 19:30 — Iftar reception and informal networking.
