It is an honour to serve as the Managing Director of the International Tamil Engineers Forum — a dynamic collective that reflects the brilliance of our global Tamil diaspora and the transformative potential of our homeland. Guided by this belief, we are laying the foundation for an enduring institution that will serve Tamil engineers, entrepreneurs, researchers, and leaders for generations to come.

Building the future, step by step

The coming years will mark a transformative era for ITEF. Our long-term roadmap (2025–2040) outlines a bold yet achievable vision in three phases:

• 2025–2027 · Strengthening foundations. Establish ITEF as the premier global platform for Tamil engineering talent — rooted in Tamil Nadu, connected worldwide.
• 2027–2030 · Growth & diversification. Expand into entrepreneurship, research, and public leadership; launch vibrant local chapters; ignite youth innovation.
• 2030–2040 · Deep impact & global leadership. Influence educational and industrial policy, empower high-impact ventures, and foster cutting-edge global research collaborations.

Visionary initiatives

To anchor that roadmap, we are introducing two landmark programmes:

• Global Tamil Engineering Archive — a living digital museum celebrating Tamil engineering excellence, from ancient ingenuity to modern-day breakthroughs.
• Tamil Engineering Hall of Fame — an annual recognition of pioneers in our field, paired with mentorship initiatives that bridge legends and emerging talent.
